In the highly visible role of Office Administrator to our busy Production department and team members, you will play a vital role in providing highly detailed and friendly administrative support to ensure needs are met and things run accurately and smoothly. Areas of focus include data tracking and report generation, general office support, timekeeping, expense and invoice coding/processing, as well as administration and coordination of health and safety-related training and compliance matters. The right candidate likes learning new things, enjoys a variety of tasks, is confident with data and systems, takes ownership, and aims to provide stellar service to employees and vendors. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry and push/pull up to 35 lbs. on a frequent basis; lift and carry and push/pull 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; requires ability to frequently walk, bend and stand, reach outward and upward and occasionally bend; requires hand and finger dexterity for keyboarding and constant sitting/working at computer. Requires PPE such as safety toe footwear, hearing protection and safety glasses.
Compensation
The hourly range for this role is $25 to $28 per hour. Actual rates will vary and are based on a candidate’s relevant education, qualifications, experience, skillset, competencies, internal equity, location and alignment with market data. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) and any other benefits to eligible employees.
